Healthy and Organic Oatmeal Chocolate Chip & Nut Cookies Recipe

MAKES 4 dozen oatmeal cookies.

WARNING: control yourself or you will get fat off of these amazing healthy oatmeal cookies.

1 3/4 cups wheat flour

1 tsp. baking soda

1/2 tsp. salt (optional)

1 1/4 cups brown sugar

1 cup of apple sauce

1/2 cup of stevia sugar

2 large eggs

2 Tbsp. milk

2 tsp. vaille extract

2 1/2 cups quick or old-fashioned oats

2 cups of dark chocolate chip cookies OR use crushed up almonds and walnuts for a more healthy approach

TURN OVEN TO 350*F to make the best healthy oatmeal cookies ever!!

Combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl.  beat brown sugar, butter, sugar in large mixer bowl until creamy. Beat in eggs, milk, and vanille extract. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in oats, chocolate, nuts; mix.

In rounded tablespoons put onto an ungreased baking sheet.

BAKE for 10 minutes for chewy cookies

bake for 12-13 minutes for cripiness

Cool on baking sheets for 1 minute.

Only eat 1 or 2 or you will get fat!!!!!!!! SAVOR THEM. CONTROL YOURSELF
